Our Mission
Our mission is to help new and struggling educators develop themselves professionally and personally. We provide test preparation for the TExES Teacher Certification exam, and instructional training for many topics including classroom management, instructional development, and career development.
Throughout her 27 years career in education, she has been the teacher colleagues come to for instructional ideas and strategies to use in their classes.
We offer a web-based test preparation program providing online modules, including videos and study material designed to provide information and strategies to increase a candidate's proficiency with skills and knowledge tested on the exam.
Content and review sessions are offered for the following TExES exams:
Core EC-6; ESL Supplemental, PPR, Science of Teaching Reading (STR), Science 4-8; Social Studies 4-8; and Special Education EC-12.

In our Career Development Program, we provide the steps and strategies to position you for the next level of your career. We look at your strengths, weaknesses, and overall skill set.
As a bonus, you also receive a Resume Review + Feedback. That provides a critique of your resume with professional feedback from the HR perspective. This evaluation is going to give you the most honest straightforward assessment to help you pivot from job search to landing the next position you want in your career.
We CONNECT the dots to prep our future educators to pass their certification tests. We have a mission to raise the passing rate for educators to get in the classroom. We do this by not only giving the tools to learn but the testing strategy to that works best for the individual.
We help you CONQUER the TExES Certification the first time. The retest rate is 47% growing; Keeping Academics Basic is helping to lower that percentage. We are proud to say that 95% of our future educators pass after completing our courses.
Testing Strategist Raychelle Baines has been COLLABORATING with education professionals and students to create testing strategies that work for over 20 years. She has 30+ years of being an educator, Administrator, District Retention and Recruiting Specialist, and Campus Instructional Coach that has contributed to her research.
We can’t wait to work with you. Test prep is our specialty and we have a variety of other services dedicated to help you excel in your educational career.
In this program we assist educators with identifying student trends, needs and progress using data from assessments (State assessments, Local assessments, and Common Assessments). We help educators with testing strategies that increase student test scores.
