Test Anxiety is Real—But It Doesn’t Have to Win

Helping Educators and Students Stay Calm, Focused, and Ready

As test day approaches, many candidates experience sweaty palms, racing thoughts, or a sudden mental block. This is test anxiety—and it’s more common than you think.

💡 Here’s What You Can Do About It:

  • Breathe Intentionally: Try box breathing: inhale 4 counts, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4. Repeat.

  • Visualize Success: Spend a few minutes imagining yourself calmly completing the test and passing with confidence.

  • Create a Test-Day Routine: Eat a light breakfast, arrive early, and start with a brain dump to center yourself.

  • Practice Under Pressure: Simulate the real test. Use a timer. Silence your phone. Build test-day stamina.

🧠 For Teachers Taking Exams: You are not alone. Your knowledge and preparation matter more than perfection. You’ve got this.
